This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I went digging through my old sketchbooks, and felt a bit sad I'm not as driven to practice as I used to be. Admittedly, most of my figure studies and attempts to draw from my head were pretty bad, but I was at least trying. I'm going to post some of the old stuff, most of it dates from the late nineties which was when I was still a comic book geek and was on the cusp of becoming an anime geek.
Most of this stuff isn't quite ready for prime time, so I'll put the majority of it in scraps and the very few decent pieces in my gallery.
Have a look if you'd like and please give serious critiques if you do.
Yo, you considered getting a tablet? If you wanna do alot of work on a computer then tablets work wonders. The(my) comic is done on a tablet and although it might be done better on paper at one point now the tablet actually works perfect.
Hello there! Dunno if you rememeber me, but I came to BAM last Friday with a friend, and the three of us had a little chat about anime/manga and such, then I ended up getting shoved aside because you had customers.
But yes, I said I'd add you that night, but then I accidently threw away the bag with your addy on it, and I had to dig through the garbage to find it. I found it now, and I'm adding you.
You've been at DA almost as long as I have... it got kinda boring after a while, huh?

I remember talking to you! Thank you for checking out my humble little gallery! As for boredom, with deviantart, it was more just me being lazy more than anything and not practicing enough.

I need to start drawing more again. I've been so busy that I just haven't finished much of anything, much less actually started on any pictures. As for your gallery, I remember so many years ago when I was on the same level. Keep practicing and you'll get better! *gives you a dramatic thumbs up*

Hey. I seriously doubt if you remember me; it's been over... 4 months? It's kind of weird, but I have a rather screwed over sense of chronology. Yes, well, I met you at the Galleria arcade thingamajigger in August [once again, I think]; I was with two other girls, one of which was wear -purple leopard cat ears-. Now, come on, that's kind of hard to forget.
Yes, well, I'm Hannah. I was the tall quiet one with brownish-red hair past my waist. I mentioned something about not really liking being on the same blogging site as my brother. And stuff.
Well, a few days ago, I caved in and joined. Yea. I'll try and comment and such, but I tend to be in perpetual lurker-mode wherever I go on the Internet. So.
...well, I'm dashing back to lurkerdom.
